Enquiries and proper use
You may read the catalogue and guides, watch videos and request information. A form does not automatically accept a price or booking. Do not introduce harmful code, impersonate anyone, access private information without permission or disrupt normal operation.
Content and links
Images of people, trademarks and third-party materials are not free to reuse merely because they appear here. Downloads may have their own licences. External services have their own terms. Local planning guides do not establish that TxokoFoto has worked in every town or that listed venues are available.
Contracted service
A proposal or contract must describe equipment, hours, prints, delivery, price, payments, cancellation and incidents. Distance consumer contracts need appropriate pre-contract information and review of any applicable withdrawal regime.
Issues and rights
Report errors to hola@txokofoto.com. Liability and competent courts are governed by applicable mandatory rules, preserving consumer rights. No US arbitration or dollar-denominated liability cap is imposed by these terms.
